This site is operated by Inspire Expressions Media (“we,” “us,” “our”) in support of the Unheard Voices: Fighting for My Life documentary series. Contact us at media@unheardvoices.co.

Information we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily submit through our forms:

  • RSVP forms: your name, email address, and the number of guests.
  • Contact / interest forms: your email address and, depending on the form, your organization, city, or how you'd like to engage.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use information

  • To respond to RSVPs, partnership inquiries, media requests, and community sign-ups.
  • To send occasional updates about the documentary series if you opt in.
  • To improve the site and the experience of visitors and survivors.

How we store information

Submissions are stored securely in our managed backend. Access is restricted to authorized members of the production team. We retain submissions only as long as needed for the purpose for which they were submitted.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing media@unheardvoices.co. You can opt out of email updates by replying to any email or contacting us directly.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Sensitive subject matter

This site discusses domestic violence, sexual assault, and incarceration. We take care to handle survivor information with discretion. If you are in danger, please use the crisis resources listed at the bottom of every page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
